Heathrow Meet & Greet operates from 04:00–23:00 daily. Check that both your planned departure handover and return collection fit these hours. Your flight's landing time is not your car collection time: allow for passport control and baggage collection where applicable.

If either arrangement could fall outside operating hours, clarify the product's terms before paying. Do not assume an out-of-hours handover or collection can be accommodated.

After booking, read and save your confirmation so you can access the contact details and directions while travelling. It sets out the agreed Terminal 5 handover point and any steps you need to take before arrival. Do not assume you should use a particular forecourt, car park or terminal level.

Follow the contact instructions in your confirmation and tell the operator if your journey changes your expected arrival time. At handover, remove your luggage and belongings, complete any required vehicle checks or paperwork, and hand over the keys as instructed. The driver then takes your car to be parked while you continue to departures.
