Heathrow Terminal 3 Meet and Greet: Compare & Book
Updated 15 October 2026
Compare Heathrow Terminal 3 Meet and Greet parking for your travel dates with Compare Airport Parking Extras. Choose a product that fits your departure and return plans, then book and pay online. Heathrow service hours are 04:00–23:00 daily; availability depends on your dates, times and chosen product.
Compare products for your Terminal 3 journey
Enter Heathrow, your parking dates and your planned vehicle handover and collection times. Use the times you need the car service, not simply your flight departure and landing times: allow for check-in before departure and border checks and baggage reclaim after landing.
For each product shown, check that it covers your Terminal 3 plans. Compare the total quoted price, what is included, any stated additional charges, cancellation or amendment terms, and handover arrangements. If a detail is unclear, ask before paying rather than assuming products have identical terms.

How Terminal 3 Meet & Greet works
With Meet & Greet parking, you drive to the meeting point specified for your booked product and hand your car and keys to the operator’s representative. The operator parks the vehicle while you continue to the terminal. On return, you arrange to collect your car using the instructions supplied with your booking.
Do not assume the meeting point is the Terminal 3 departures forecourt. The location, access route and contact procedure depend on the product. Follow your booking instructions rather than directions for another parking service.
For options covering other Heathrow terminals, visit our [Heathrow Meet & Greet parking page](/parking/heathrow/heathrow-meet-and-greet-parking).
Prepare for your outbound handover
Before setting off, save your booking confirmation, operator contact details and Terminal 3 meeting instructions somewhere you can access easily. Check your vehicle registration, travel dates and booked times for errors.
Allow time for the vehicle handover as well as your airline’s check-in requirements. Follow any instruction to call the operator before arrival, using the notice period stated in your confirmation. Do not stop at an unconfirmed location expecting a representative to find you.
At the meeting point, follow the operator’s handover procedure and keep any receipt or reference provided. Take your luggage, travel documents, valuables and anything you need during your trip before handing over the keys. Our [Heathrow departure timing guide](/guides/heathrow-departure-arrival-check-in-security-guide) can help you plan the airport part of your journey.
Arrange collection after your return flight
Read the return instructions before you fly home so you know when to contact the operator and where to collect your car. Follow the specified contact stage; do not assume landing alone triggers vehicle delivery or that the car will be waiting as soon as you leave the aircraft.
Keep your booking reference and phone accessible. If your flight is delayed or your plans change, contact the operator using your booking details to confirm what arrangements are possible. Heathrow service hours are 04:00–23:00 daily: do not assume collection outside those hours is available, and check the product’s delay and additional-charge terms before booking.
If you land at a different terminal, confirm the collection arrangements in advance. Read our guidance on [departing and returning through different Heathrow terminals](/guides/heathrow-different-departure-arrival-terminals).
Book ahead to organise parking before travel
Booking ahead gives you time to compare the products offered for your dates, read their terms and plan the Terminal 3 handover before departure day. It also lets you resolve questions about return timing, terminal changes or contact instructions before travelling. It does not guarantee a lower price or availability.
Before paying, check the selected product, vehicle details, departure and return terminals, parking dates and service times. Once booked, review your confirmation and save the instructions for both legs of the trip. Start with your dates and choose the product whose arrangements fit your journey.
Frequently asked questions
- Where do I hand over my car at Heathrow Terminal 3?
- Use the precise meeting point and access instructions supplied for your booked product. Do not assume every Meet & Greet product uses the same location or that you should drive to the departures forecourt. If the instructions are unclear, contact the operator before arrival.
- What are the service hours for Heathrow Terminal 3 Meet and Greet?
- Heathrow service hours are 04:00–23:00 daily. Check that both your planned handover and return collection fit these hours. Availability for a particular time depends on your dates and chosen product.
- What happens if my return flight is delayed?
- Contact the operator using the details in your booking confirmation to discuss revised collection arrangements. Check your product’s delay terms and any stated additional charges. If the delay could push collection beyond 23:00, do not assume an out-of-hours handover can be arranged.
- Can I depart from Terminal 3 and return to another Heathrow terminal?
- Check whether the product supports your departure and return terminals before paying. Confirm the collection location and any applicable terms with the operator; a different-terminal return should not be assumed to be included.
